Roc Nation is attempting its first foray into the African market with Tiwa Savage thought to be the first artist on the label’s radar. Rumors of the deal have remained rife since Jay-Z’s cousin Brian “Bee-High” Biggs visited the Mavin Headquarters in Lagos last year .Mavin boss Don Jazzy and first lady of the iconic record label, Tiwa Savage shared pictures following a meeting with Jay-Z.
